- Two ticket types: File against a hotel room (relation type 1) or a public zone — lobby, pool, kitchen, garden, gym (relation type 2).
- Photo attachments: Every ticket requires a photo so engineering sees the issue before they arrive at the room.
- Status workflow: Two clean states — problem and solved — with a finish-date timestamp the moment the ticket is closed.
- Assignment: Route each ticket to a specific engineer; only users with the technical-assign privilege appear in the dropdown.
- Personal queue: Engineers without privilege see only their own open tickets — no clutter, no missed jobs.
- Auto-OOO on rooms: When a ticket is filed against a room (from housekeeping or technical), the room flips to out-of-order automatically.
- Description and search: Free-text description per ticket, full text search across all tickets.
- Powerful filters: Filter by room, description text and date range (created_at) — find the right ticket in seconds.
- Pagination control: Show 50, 100 or all tickets per page — your choice.
- Open-first sorting: Tickets are sorted by status ascending so open work is always on top.
- One-click Excel export: Created date, creator, status, finish date, assignee, type, section, image URL, description — all in one file.
- Granular permissions: Separate privileges for create, edit, delete, status, assign, view-all and Excel export.
- Soft delete: Deleted tickets stay recoverable — nothing is lost by accident.
- Audit trail: Every create, edit and status change is timestamped to the user.
