What is Setapp?

Setapp is an all-in-one hospitality management platform that runs the whole property — booking, restaurant, spa, housekeeping, technical, finance, reports — from a single panel. We have been operating since 2019.

What kind of properties is Setapp built for?

Hotels, aparthotels, short-term rental portfolios, and resorts. The platform scales easily from small boutique properties to large resort complexes with multiple F&B outlets.

Do I get all modules, or only some?

Every customer gets the full module set — booking, spa, restaurant, housekeeping, technical, cashbox, bank, credit, finance, reports, statistics, guests, inquiry and print. The difference between solutions is how those modules are configured for your property type, not which modules you receive.

Is Setapp cloud-based?

Yes. Setapp is cloud-based — no installation or on-premise server is required. It has PWA (Progressive Web App) with fast access from any browser and device.

How long does onboarding take?

Most properties go live within 7–14 days. Rooms, rate plans, and board plans are pre-configured for you. Live training sessions are then conducted with reception, F&B, and housekeeping teams before the system goes live.

Can you migrate my data from another PMS?

Yes. We migrate guest profiles, future reservations, room types and rate plans from your current system. Send us an export and our team handles the rest.

Can I manage multiple properties?

Yes. Each property runs as its own workspace, with consolidated owner reporting across the portfolio. Multi-property is included for chains and resort groups.

What languages does Setapp support?

The interface is multi-language and easy to extend. English, Azerbaijani and Russian are common starting points; new languages can be added without code changes.

How is data secured and backed up?

Data is stored on EU-region servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Encrypted backups run every 24 hours and are retained for 30 days.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Setapp can be used as a mobile app experience. It supports PWA (Progressive Web App), so it can be accessed from phones and tablets without installing a separate app.

Can owners get separate per-property and per-owner reports?

Yes. Finance and Reports modules generate per-property and per-owner statements out of the box — especially useful for aparthotel chains with multiple owners.

Does Setapp include restaurant POS?

Yes. The Restaurant module is a complete POS — menu, zone and room orders, dedicated cashbox and bank, credit accounts and outlet-level P&L. Charges post directly to guest folios.
