  • Granular permissions: Separate privileges for create, edit, delete, status, assign, view-all and Excel export.
  • Soft delete: Deleted inquiries stay recoverable — nothing is lost by accident.
  • Audit trail: Every create, edit, status change and assignment is timestamped to the user.
